The Elegant Child of Beverly Hills offers a 100% 14-day money back guarantee. Just send your item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will refund your purchase less shipping and handling. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Personalized items, drop shipped items and special orders are non-refundable.

*Shipping charges will be refunded if it is the fault of The Elegant Child of Beverly Hills.

Shopping at The Elegant Child of Beverly Hills is very safe. You are on a secure server when entering your payment information through our shopping cart. Your credit card information transmitted using SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) that is encrypted while in transit and useless to a would-be-thief. It's easy to tell when you are protected by encryption: the lock or key at the bottom of your browser changes color or is no longer broken. This may vary depending on your browser.

The personal information we collect is necessary to respond to your requests for our customized products and services and to allow you to use the resources available on our website, including the creation and maintenance of our baby gift registry. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, physical address, email address, phone number, and any other information that itself identifies or, when tied to the above information, may identify you as a specific individual. Substitutions

The Elegant Child reserves the right to substitute certain small items within gift packages for similar items of equal value should the pictured product be sold out.

Shipping Information

Shipping is calculated at 10% of the order's total plus $2.50 handling fee. The minimum shipping & handling charge for all orders is $6.25. Minimum shipping costs outside of the United States and including APO/Military is $12.00.

Shipping is manually adjusted for certain items where heavy freight is involved. All items with adjusted shipping are marked with a shipping note on the item's order page.

All items shipping within the Continental US are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Air Shipping. Please E-mail Us for exact rates. We will reply to you immediately. Should you have any questions regarding your shipping charges, please contact us. Please Click Here to find UPS delivery times, Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days. All items shipping outside the Continental US (Hawaii and Alaska only) are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. For those items shipped UPS, P.O. Box holders must provide a valid physical address.

Should an incorrect shipping address be given resulting in the reshipment of a package the customer will be charged for all incurring costs.

All items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or reflect a flat shipping rate are subject to shipping costs even when picked up at our showroom. Please email us with any questions before placing your order.

International Purchases & Shipping

The Elegant Child will ship outside the United States, but accepts NO responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise.

Items shipping internationally are sent via USPS Air Mail and are manually adjusted to reflect a higher shipping cost. For any questions please E-mail us prior to placing order.

All APO/Military addresses are subject to a $5.00 service fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order with any questions.

Gift Wrapping

Customers requesting gift wrap receive their orders beautifully wrapped in cellophane with ribbons and bows, our Elegant Child sticker and Elegant Child gift card with your personal thoughts, all color-coordinated to the gift.$3.00 per gift.

We do not offer our signature gift wrapping for items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, however, some manufacturers provide their own gift wrapping. Please email us prior to ordering with any questions you may have.

Gift Notices

All items that take longer than 2 weeks to make have the option to mail a gift notice hand-written on The Elegant Child's stationery informing the recipient that a special gift has been ordered and are notified of the expected arrival date of their gift. It has been our experience over the past 12 years, that our customers welcome this thoughtful touch. Please email us if this is a complimentary service that we may provide for you.

We are a Beverly Hills boutique open by appointment only available 7 days a week. We are located in Beverly Hills down the street from Saks Fifth Avenue.
